Traffic Advisory: Pavement Repairs on Factory Street, Waterhouse Street, Stanley Street, and Industrial Road

Road repair work will be performed on sections of Factory Street, Waterhouse Street, Stanley Street, and Industrial Road.

HONOLULU – The Department of Facility Maintenance (DFM) will partially close Factory Street, from Stanley Street to 909 Factory Street; Waterhouse Street from Kopke Street to Pu‘uhale Road; Stanley Street from Kopke Street to Pu‘uhale Road; and Industrial Road, to perform necessary pavement repairs. Work will begin on Tuesday, February 22, 2022, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and is anticipated to be completed by Friday, March 18, 2022, weather and conditions permitting.
Motorists and pedestrians are asked to please avoid the area and use alternate routes, if possible. If unable to avoid the area, allow for extra travel time and abide by posted traffic signs. Special Duty Honolulu Police Department Officers will be posted at the work site to assist with traffic control.

Access to driveways along the construction portion of Factory Street, Waterhouse Street, Stanley Street, and Industrial Road may be restricted while work is being performed fronting the affected properties. Emergency access will be accommodated as needed.
